Approvals - Set Originator to Current User

Overview 

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to setting the originator to the current user using Netgain Approvals. This sets the originator to be the current user upon record submission.

Prerequisites: Have purchased and installed the Netgain Approvals bundle and have NetSuite admin access.

Step by Step Process 

1. In the top right corner, navigate to ... > Approvals > Configs and select Approval Processes. View full size

3. Select Actions. View full size
4. Check the Set Originator to Current User box. View full size
5. Select Save.
