Overview

This article gives an overview of what needs to be done in preparation for transitioning your records over into your production account and what will need to be done once the transition has occurred.

Client Preparation

• Delete all test records that shouldn't be transferred over to production 
• Ensure your data validation has been completed 
• Provide the Netgain implementation team access to your production account

Transfer to Production

The Netgain team will transition your records from your sandbox to your production environment. All settings, records, and customizations will copied into your production account as they currently exist in your sandbox account.

Next Steps

• Once complete you will need to validate the transferred records to ensure no errors have crept in during the transition
• Go-live
