Punchout for NetSuite - Disable PO Transmission

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to disable the PO transmission of punchout orders when using Punchout for NetSuite. When PO transmission is disabled through Punchout for NetSuite, POs must be transmitted manually.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size

3. Check the Is Punchout Only (No PO Transmission) box. View full size
