NetLoan - New Loans Commenced
Purpose
The new loans commenced report provides a detail listing of loans originated over the selected period range.
Navigation:
NetLoan > Reports > Management Reports > New Loans Commenced > Run
Filtering:
The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for origination date, dates, and subsidiary. The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected.
Filter by period or date to obtain lease additions in desired period range.
Results
Upon running the report the user will see all loans commenced in the selected period range by loan. Each loan line item will include general information about the loan (ID, type, lendor, etc.) and initial loan start balance information (Origination date, loan balance, down payment, etc.).
Troubleshooting
Is the report missing loan?
1. If desired loans do not appear in the report, check the selected filters to ensure loans are not being restricted from view
