Punchout for NetSuite - Setup Shipping Email Address

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to setup a shipping email address for Punchout for NetSuite.

NOTE - This is an optional field that can be used if there is a single email address that all shipping order confirmations and notifications should be sent to. If the shipping confirmations and notifications should be sent to the user, leave this field blank.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Global Configs. View full size
2. Select Shipping Email Address and enter an email address. View full size
3. Select Save. View full size
