Approvals - Setup Admin Approve/Reject All Records Permissions

Overview 

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to provide admin access to approve or reject any record using Netgain Approvals. This is often used to allow for an Administrator override in case an approval process gets bugged or a user runs into issue.

Prerequisites: Have purchased and installed the Netgain Approvals bundle and have NetSuite admin access.

Step by Step Process 

1. In the top right corner, navigate to ... > Approvals > Configs > Global Configs and select Global Configs. View full size
2. Select New Approvals Config to create new or Edit to edit an existing.

3. Navigate to Approve/Reject All Roles and select the NetSuite role to apply to. View full size
