SSEO - How to Review Bcc to NetSuite: Unmatched Emails Suitelet
The Unmatched Emails Suitelet will display any emails that failed to find a matching record in NetSuite via the Bcc Log option.
Periodically check the Suitelet to ensure messages successfully log to records.
This process must be completed by a NetSuite Administrator.
To Access the Suitelet:
1. Navigate to Customization → Scripting → Scripts
2. Navigate to SCS | Email Matching SL, click on View
3. On the SCS | Email Matching SL page, navigate to the Deployments sub-tab, click on the link beneath the title
4. Click on the URL
Then, you'll have the option to enter filter criteria in the Suitelet and search for any unmatched emails.
