How to Remove User Access



1. Navigate to the desired user’s Employee record in NetSuite by going to Lists β†’ Employees.

Note: User is an employee record that has a profile assigned.

2. Click the Edit button, scroll down, and select the Access subtab.

This process must be completed by a NetSuite Administrator.

To Remove User Access:

  • Go to SuperSync Email Profile and set the field to empty.

  • Click the Save button.
