NetLoan - Loan Payments Waterfall Report
Overview:
The loan payment waterfall report is a forward-looking report that highlights the expected payments to be posted over time.
Navigation:
NetLoan > Reports > Subledger Reports > Loan Payment Waterfall Report > Run
Filtering:
The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for subsidiary, department, class, location, loan, accounting period, or date. Once desired filters are set, click Preview button to view the reconciliation.
Select a date range of 1 year to see projected loan payments for the year
Results
Upon running the schedule the user will see a summarized detail of loans and associated future single payment amounts by loan type for the selected period. The schedule can drill-down to individual loans and the underlying future payment detail. Select the Export button to download report into Excel.
Troubleshooting
Is the report missing loans?
1. If desired loans do not appear in the report, check the selected filters to ensure loans are not being restricted from view.
2. Verify loans status has been updated from pending to commenced or further.
