Here are some of the product enhancements we're currently working on:
- Additional scripted reporting enhancements for disclosure, subledger, and GL reports, including new reports and additional filters to existing reports
- Automated Lease transfers to different segmentation, including subsidiary, department, class, and location

FUTURE ROADMAP ITEMS
Here are some additional product enhancements we have listed to work on in the future:
- Point in time lease amortization subledger reporting
- Option to allow modifications and terminations to be applied at the beginning or ending of the impacted month
- Automated partial period support on initial and final period expense activities
- Support for a "True-Up" modification type, enabling users to manually provide an adjustment amount for true-up items, such as changes in IBR
- Elimination Subsidiary option to allow customers to have an eliminating Lease that records the exact opposite reversing entries into a designated subsidiary
- Modifications from Short-term to Long-term classification
