NETLEASE VERSION 2020.5 KEY UPDATES

  • Custom Sourcing
    • Setup NetLease Custom Sourcing records can be setup to automatically update posting transactions with information from the lease record
  • Auto-Approve Transactions By Type
    • Specify certain types of lease transactions to be automatically approved (e.g. NetLease Amortization) and others to be manually approved (e.g. NetLease Modifications)
  • Monthly Journal Processing Preview & Selection
    • View the scheduled entries to be posted prior to running journals and select specific entries to process independently if desired
  • FX Enhancements
    • Increased visibility into the exchange rate calculation used on the adjustment entry for leases transacting in a different currency than the functional currency of the lease subsidiary
  • Updated Naming Convention
    • Custom Records, Searches, & Scripts within the bundle will have the "NG Lessee" prefix replaced with "NetLease"

  • Your NetSuite Administrator should update your NetLease bundle (Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List)
