Lease Types and Account Mapping

The first document that we will use in the implementation provides a template for gathering the required information for lease types which are required before uploading individual leases.  The most important part of this template is the account mapping which is where we match the accounts from the various journal entry types that NetLessor will record to the specific GL accounts for the company. An example has been filled out in column D.

NetLessor Upload Templates

This template is used to load existing leases into the system using NetSuite's native CSV uploader. It outlines the key data that is necessary classify leases and other required information. We can track any additional fields that you'd like so if there is a field you don't see that you'd like to track with your fixed assets, add it as a new column. 

NetLessor Roles and Permissions Input Template

This template is used to add permission levels to your NetSuite roles.
