NetClose - Close Management Overview
Close Management is a tool that allows you to lock your G/L by specified subsidiaries, transactions, users, roles, classes, departments, or locations, independently. Month-end close procedures can occur over days or weeks, and sections of your G/L are often reconciled and closed before other sections. Close Management provides you the flexibility and latitude to lock these various segments to ensure that month-end balances do not change during an ongoing close.
