Account Validation

Allow searching for emails logged with Bcc to NetSuite

This feature allows creating a message record saved search in NetSuite to determine which message records were created using SuperSync Email for Outlook. You can also specify which emails were logged via the add-in and or Bcc to NetSuite.

SuperSync Signup Form

We streamlined the SuperSync signup form and reduced the number of steps required to authenticate your NetSuite account via Token Based Authentication.

Login Token

We developed an automated process to generate a login token and save it into your SuperSync configuration record. You won't see any change in how the add-in works, but it's a more efficient process in the background.

Record Create

We improved the logic of the Record Create feature. When a user creates a lead, the integration will set the Sales Rep field to the user who created that record.

Return parent entity records in search results when searching for child contact records

When you enable this feature and search for a record if that record has a parent, the parent will display in the add-in too. This means that you have the option to log the email into the child or the parent record in NetSuite.
