NetLessor - Termination Reversals
Use Case: A lease termination has been made erroneously and needs to be reversed.
Reversing Termination from Lease Record
Step By Step Process:
- Navigate to the lease that was terminated in error.
- Click the Reverse Termination button and confirm your intent to reverse the termination.
| Note: The "Reverse Termination" button will disappear after the next round of amortization entries is run. |
- You will stay on the NetLessor Lease record page while the termination reversal processes. Refresh the page periodically until the status has changed from "Terminated" to "Commenced".
- Once complete, the schedule will be returned back to the state it was in prior to the termination.
- The NetLease Termination record will be marked as Reversed and remain on the lease’s Termination subtab to maintain the historical data.
Reversing Termination from Terminations List
Step By Step Process:
- Navigate to NetLessor > Lease Management > Termination List and find the termination to reverse.
- Open the termination to reverse in View mode.
- Click the Reverse Termination button and confirm your intent to reverse the termination.
- You will be navigated back to the lease record page. Refresh the page periodically until the lease status is changed back to Commenced.
- Once complete, the schedule will be returned back to the state it was in prior to the termination.
- The NetLessor Termination record will be marked as Reversed and remain on the lease’s Termination subtab to maintain the historical data.
