How to Grant User Access in NetSuite
Prerequisites:
- Ensure you are logged in as a NetSuite Administrator.
- Verify that the user has the SuperSync Email add-in installed. This article gives instructions on how to install the add-in, if add-in are managed by the Outlook Administrator, this article provides the steps on how to install the add-in by the administrator.
- Ensure the SuperSync Email token is available.
Steps:
Navigate to the Employee Record:
- Go to
Lists β Employees
to access the desired userβs Employee Record.
- Go to
Edit the Employee Record:
- Click
Edit
on the Employee Record. - Scroll down to locate and select the
Access
tab.
- Click
Assign SuperSync Email Profile:
- In the
SuperSync Email Profile
section, select the appropriate level of access for this user. This article covers the various profiles and restrictions.
- In the
Email Address Aliases:
- If the user's email address differs from the one listed on their Employee Record, enter the correct email address in the
SuperSync Email Address Aliases
field.
- If the user's email address differs from the one listed on their Employee Record, enter the correct email address in the
Save:
- Click
Save
to apply the changes.
- Click
Login to the Add-in:
- Once saved, the user can use the SuperSync Email token to log in to the add-in within their Outlook.
