SuperSync Email for Outlook Self-Implementation Process

Prerequisites

Before beginning the implementation steps, ensure both your NetSuite environment and your administrative access are properly prepared. SuperSync Email for Outlook requires:

  • Token‑Based Authentication (TBA) — Enables secure authentication between NetSuite and SuperSync.

  • REST Web Services — Allows SuperSync to communicate with NetSuite through REST endpoints.

  • CRM Features — Core CRM components such as Opportunities must be enabled for full functionality.

  • NetSuite Administrator Access — A NetSuite admin is required to enable features, configure integrations, and complete the setup steps shown in the implementation videos.

  • Outlook / Azure Administrator Access (if applicable) — If your organization enforces Outlook or Microsoft 365 restrictions (e.g., add‑in permissions, deployment controls, security policies), an Outlook or Azure admin may be required to approve or deploy the SuperSync add‑in.
