Punchout for NetSuite - Allow Expenses on Purchases

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to update settings in NetSuite to allow expenses on purchases. This will enable the ability to select expense accounts for items when using Punchout for NetSuite.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

  1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting and select Accounting Preferences.
  2. Select Order Management.
  3. Check the Allow Expenses on Purchases box.
  4. Select Save.
