Punchout for NetSuite - Single Email Address Login

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to consolidate all shipping amounts into a single shipping line for Punchout for NetSuite. This should be enabled if all logins to the vendor site should be made via a specific email address. If this is left blank, the employee email will be used.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size
2. Select Edit. View full size
3. Select the Advanced sub-tab. View full size
4. Navigate to Login Single Email Address and enter an email. View full size NOTE - If this is left blank, the employee email will be used.
5. Select Save. View full size
