Punchout for NetSuite - Log Requests & Responses
Overview
This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to log outbound requests and responses when punchout setup requests and PO transmissions are made to the supplier account for Punchout for NetSuite.
NOTE - This should always be checked so that background information can be captured and used in case of troubleshooting.
Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.
Step by Step Process
- Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs.
- Select Edit.
- Select the Advanced sub-tab.
- Check the Log Request & Response box.
- Select Save.
