Punchout for NetSuite - Log Requests & Responses

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to log outbound requests and responses when punchout setup requests and PO transmissions are made to the supplier account for Punchout for NetSuite.

NOTE - This should always be checked so that background information can be captured and used in case of troubleshooting.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process

  1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Select the Advanced sub-tab.
  4. Check the Log Request & Response box.
  5. Select Save.
