Overview

The kickoff call is your very first call with the Netgain implementation team. The goal of this call is to introduce your team and meet your implementors, define the project timeline, introduce project resources, and briefly review details specific to your project. You will want to come to this call prepared having filled out the discovery questionnaire we have provided to you in advance.

Client Preparation

Prior to holding the kickoff call, a member of our team will send you a list of product-specific questions that help your implementors understand your asset accounting needs in more detail. It is vital to the implementation that you complete the questionnaire thoroughly since it communicates both the accounting issues you are looking to solve as well as sets the target our implementors are aiming for to successfully complete the project. This information greatly reduces the risk of delays, and unmet expectations, which therefore increases your overall satisfaction with the end product. Kickoff Call
