Approvals - Copy Workflows

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to copy the workflows that are installed with Netgain Approvals. 

NOTE - These workflows are locked upon bundle install and must be copied to be edited. If they are not copied, any future bundle updates will reset workflows to default.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Customization > Workflow and select Workflows. View full size
2. Select Approvals - Transaction (Template). View full size
3. Navigate to More... and select Make Copy. View full size
4. Select the edit icon. View full size
5. Select Name and rename the workflow. View full size
6. Select Save. View full size
7. Select List. View full size
8. Repeat steps 2 - 7 for Approvals - Lock Transactions (Template).
9. Repeat steps 2 - 7 for Approvals - Vendor (Template).
10. Repeat steps 2 - 7 for Approvals - Custom Record (Template).
