Punchout for NetSuite - Confirm Direct Connection Credentials are in Effect

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to confirm Direct Connection Credentials are being used for Punchout for NetSuite. This setting must be checked for punchout functionality to work for the selected vendor.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size

3. Select the Credentials sub-tab. View full size
4. Check the Use Direct Connection Credentials box. View full size
