New Leases Commenced
Overview
The new leases commenced report provides a detail listing of leases commenced during the selected period range.
Process Steps
Step 1:
- Navigate to NetLease > Reports (All or Management) > New Leases Commenced
- Select Run button
Step 2:
- The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for subsidiary, status, lease type, lease ID, lease name, period, and date
- The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected
Recommended Filter by period or date to obtain commenced leases in desired period range. |
Results
- Upon running the report, the user will see all commenced leases in the selected period range by lease
- Each lease line item will include general information about the lease (ID, classification, status, etc.) and initial lease start balance information (ROU balance, lease liability balance, lease incentives, etc.)
Troubleshooting
Is the report missing leases?
1. If desired leases do not appear in the report, check the selected filters to ensure leases are not being restricted from view.
2. Verify leases status has been updated from pending to commenced or further.
