NetClose - AI Generated Flux Analysis
Overview
NetClose includes AI Flux Explanations — a feature that delivers instant analysis of account activity while keeping data security and privacy front and center. It is disabled by default and must be enabled before use. Here's what you need to know about how it works and how your data is protected.
Data Security
NetClose's AI Flux Explanations are designed with a privacy-first approach. Data submitted through the API is not used to train or improve any AI models. No prompts sent from NetClose are ever opted into data-sharing programs.
Submitted data is retained for a maximum of 30 days solely for abuse monitoring purposes. After that window, data is permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
Access to any retained data is strictly limited to a small group of authorized personnel bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
What Data Is Sent
To protect your organization's identity, prompts never include your company name or industry. High-level context such as account type, total account balance, and transaction counts by type is included to orient the model.
To generate meaningful analysis, NetClose also sends the 150 largest transaction lines from both the current and comparison periods.
Standard vs. Secure Queries
NetClose supports two query modes depending on your privacy requirements:
Standard includes transaction date, subsidiary name, account, transaction type, entity name, transaction name, memo, and amount.
Secure uses the same fields but replaces identifying names with internal IDs — for example, substituting the subsidiary's internal ID for its name, and the entity's internal ID for the entity name.
You can also configure either mode to omit transaction memos for an additional layer of protection.
Enabling AI and Configuring Query Mode
Flux AI settings are managed under NetClose > Setup > System Setup, under the Flux Analysis AI field group.
- Flux Analysis AI Enabled — Must be checked to activate AI Flux Analysis. This is a prerequisite for the below settings to work.
- ID Preferred — Switches your queries to Secure mode, replacing names with internal IDs.
- Do Not Include Transaction Memo — Removes memos from all submitted transaction data.
