Journal Entry Report: Lease Activity

Overview 

The Journal Entry Report: Lease Activity provides a detailed listing of all the lease journal entries for the defined period, including new leases, lease modifications, lease terminations, and amortization entries. These entries should be posted to the G/L from NetLease.

Process Steps

Step 1: 

• Navigate to NetLease > Reports (All or G/L & Recon Reports) > Journal Entry Report: Lease Activity
• Select Run

Step 2:

• Use Show Filters button, to adjust filters for subsidiary, department, class, location, lease, accounting period, or date.

STEP 3:

•  Once desired filters are set, click the Preview button to view the updated report.

STEP 4:

• Upon running the schedule, the user will see a summarized detail of all leases with lease activity entries by lease type for each subsidiary.
• The schedule can drill-down to individual leases and transaction lines. Select the Export button to download the report into Excel.
