Copying a form from Sandbox to Production

Use these steps to move a Return Cart Form you’ve built and published in Sandbox over to Production, so you don’t have to rebuild it from scratch.
Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in both the Sandbox and Production NetSuite accounts.

  1. In Sandbox, navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Return Cart Forms.
  2. Open the published form you want to copy.
  3. In the top corner of the form panel, use the toggle to switch from the form view to the source code view.
  4. Click the Copy button in the top right corner of the source code panel.
  5. In Production, navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Return Cart Forms.
  6. Create a new draft, or open the latest existing draft.
  7. Switch to the source code view using the same toggle.
  8. Delete everything in the source code panel, then paste the code you copied from Sandbox.
  9. Click Save Draft, then Publish the form.
  10. Test a punchout in Production and confirm the return cart screen shows the updated form.

Note: Pasting the source replaces the entire form in Production. Any changes made directly in the Production draft will be overwritten.
