Punchout for NetSuite - Allow Users to Override Shipping Address

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to allow users to override the shipping address on the PO in NetSuite for punchout orders when using Punchout for NetSuite. An example of when this may be used is for remote employees who are shipping items to themselves instead of to an office.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size

3. Select the Advanced sub-tab. View full size
4. Select Use Location Shipping Address (Allow Override) from the Ship to Handling dropdown. View full size
