Custom Records

Overview

As a prerequisite to using NetLeaseGo for NetSuite, you must ensure that custom records are enabled in your NetSuite Environment.

A user with the administrator role can navigate to the Enable Features page and ensure custom records are enabled as follows:

Process Steps

Please go back to your administrator role not the NetleaseGo bundle 

  • Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features
  • Select the SuiteCloud tab
  • Check the box for “Custom Records”
    • You will need to accept NetSuite terms and conditions to continue for both types
    • Click Save
