NetLessor - Lease Additions
Purpose
The Lease Additions report provides a detail listing of lease additions for the selected period range.
Navigation:
NetLessor > Reports (All or Management) > Lease Additions > Run
Filtering:
The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for commencement date, dates, subsidiary, lease type, and status. The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected.
| Recommended Filter by period or date to obtain lease additions in desired period range. If no date is selected, all active leases will show. |
Results
Upon running the report the user will see all lease additions in the selected period range by lease. Each lease line item will include general information about the lease (ID, classification, vendor, etc.) and initial lease start balance information (Commencement date, lease asset fair value, initial payment amount, etc.).
Troubleshooting
Is the report missing leases?
- If desired leases do not appear in the report, check the selected filters to ensure leases are not being restricted from view.
