NetLessor - New Leases Commenced
Purpose
The New Leases Commenced report is a standard NetSuite search that provides a detailed listing of leases commenced during the selected period range.
NetLessor > Reports (All or Management) > New Leases Commenced > Run
Filtering:
The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for subsidiary, status, lease type, lease ID, lease name, period, and a date range. The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected.
| Recommended Filter by date or effective date to obtain lease additions in desired period range. If no date is selected, all active leases will show. |
Results
Upon running the report the user will see all leases commenced in the selected date range by lease. Each lease line item will include information about the lease including subsidiary name, lease classification, lease type, lease ID, lease name, status, currency, commencement date, lease term, end date, and other segmentation data.
Troubleshooting
Is the report missing leases?
- If desired leases do not appear in the report, check the selected filters to ensure leases are not being restricted from view.
