NetLessor - Expansion Option Listing
Purpose
The Expansion Options Listing Report provides a detailed listing of leases that have expansion options captured on the lease records. Lease expansion options are added to a lease record by creating a NetLessor Contract Provision child record with the Contract Provision Type marked as Lease Expansion Option.

How To
Navigation:
NetLessor > Reports (All or Management) > Expansion Options Listing > Run
Results
Upon running the schedule the user will see a single line schedule by lease for the selected lease from the NetLessor template. Each lease line item will include contract provision key information for the expansion option. Select the export button to download the report into Excel.

Is the report missing leases?
- Verify contract provision has been saved to lease.
