SSEO - How Do I Configure Sandbox and Production at the Same Time?
To maintain a seamless testing workflow, many customers configure both a sandbox and production environment for SuperSync Email for Outlook. This setup allows them to test in the sandbox environment without impacting daily operations in the production environment.
Adding a Second Environment
Adding a sandbox or production environment after initial setup is straightforward and mirrors the original configuration steps.
Steps to Add Sandbox or Production Environment
Access the SuperSync Portal:
- Navigate to supersync.cloud and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to Integrations:
- Click on "Integrations" in the main menu.
- In the left sidebar, select "My Integrations".
Add a New Integration:
- Click on "+ Add Integration".
Enter Account Information:
- Follow the prompts to enter your Account ID from your NetSuite account.
- If configuring a sandbox environment, note that the Account ID typically ends with "-SB1".
Complete Integration Setup:
- Finish the integration setup as prompted. Once complete, the number of seats in your production environment will automatically match the seat count available in the sandbox environment.
