- A: SuperSync Email for Outlook does support shared inboxes in certain configurations where multiple users log into the same email account. Please consult with the support team if the configuration is not working.

- A: Yes, if multiple users log into a single email account, the add-in supports this setup. Users need to install the add-in once for it to sync across all Outlook clients where the shared account is logged in.
