NetAsset - NetScan Setup

NetScan is an additional feature available as a part of NetAsset. Before NetScan can be installed within NetSuite, the bundle must be requested by contacting Support@netgain.tech, or a designated Netgain consultant. Once requested see the steps below to install the bundle and access the NetScan funtionality:

STEP BY STEP PROCESS

• Navigate to the bundle installation page: Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles

• Using the Keywords field, search for "NetScan" or bundle ID 483717 and click the Search button
• Select Netgain | NetScan. View full size
• When the Bundle Details page is brought up, select Install to preview the installation.

• The preview bundle install page will appear as follows. Select Install Bundle to initiate the installation.

• After the installation is complete, NetScan code creation will be accessible by entering "NetScan Code" in the search bar. View full size
• The NetScan Code List is where QR codes will be created and applied to assets. View full size
