NetLessor Variable Payment Types
OVERVIEW
NetLessor enables users to set up multiple Variable Payment Types that are dependent on an index or a rate.
Prerequisite
All required accounts should already be set up and configured in the chart of accounts
- Refer to the Accounting Decisions & Account Usage article for additional details on each account type.
STEP BY STEP PROCESS
- Navigate to the account mapping setup page by accessing NetLessor > NetLessor Setup > Manage Variable Payment Types
- Select the New NetLessor Variable Payment Types button to bring up the variable payment setup page
- Enter the name of the variable payment type and click Save
- To edit or view an existing variable payment type, select edit or view to the far left of the screen
