NetLessor Non-Lease List
OVERVIEW
NetLessor enables users to set up multiple non-lease components. Non-Lease components in a contract (i.e., any activity that transfers a good or service to the lessee) will generally represent some sort of service that the lessee is paying for in the contract and that the lessor is providing to the lessee in addition to the lease component. Non-lease components must be accounted for separately from lease components.
Prerequisite
All required accounts should already be set up and configured in the chart of accounts
- Refer to the Accounting Decisions & Account Usage article for additional details on each account type.
STEP BY STEP PROCESS
- Navigate to the account mapping setup page by accessing NetLessor > NetLessor Setup > Manage Non-Lease Charges
- Select the New NetLessor Non-Lease List button to bring up the non-lease setup page
- Enter the name of the non-lease charge and click Save
- To edit or view an existing non-lease charges, select edit or view to the far left of the screen
