Approvals - Create Record Type Config

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to create a record type config using Netgain Approvals. The Record Type Config can act as an on/off switch so processes can be enabled or disabled.

Prerequisites: Have purchased and installed the Netgain Approvals bundle and have NetSuite admin access.

Step by Step Process 

1. In the top right corner, navigate to ... > Approvals > Configs > Record Type Configs and select Record Type Configs. View full size
2. Select New Approvals Record Type Config. View full size
3. Select Record Type Text ID. View full size
4. Check the Enable Approval Processes box. View full size
5. Select Save. View full size
