Approvals - Skip Multi-Match Assignment

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to skip multi-match assignment when multiple approval process rules are met using Netgain Approvals. This enables the ability to skip assigning approval processes if multiple approval processes are matched based on the approval rules.

Prerequisites: Have purchased and installed the Netgain Approvals bundle and have NetSuite admin access.

Step by Step Process 

1. In the top right corner, navigate to ... > Approvals > Configs > Record Type Configs and select Record Type Configs. View full size
2. Select Edit or New Approvals Record Type Config. View full size
3. Check the Skip Multi-Match Assignment box. View full size
4. Select Save. View full size
