NetLease - Provisions Due in 90 Days
Purpose
The Provisions Due in 90 Days report provides a detail listing of leases with any contract provisions with a Latest to Notify Date within 90 days. The report also shows contract provisions with a Latest to Notify Date in the last 30 days. This helps you see any provisions that are possibly overdue and can help you plan for provisions that need to be exercised in the next 90 days. Provision options are set by creating a NetLease Contract Provision child record on a lease with the Contract Provision Sub-Type marked as Lease Renewal Option. Filtering:
The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for lease, subsidiary, lease type, and status. The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected.
Filter by specific lease or do not filter to export the full number of renewal options
Results
Upon running the report the user will see all leases with both a Latest to Notify Date in the last 30 days and a Latest to Notify Date within the next 90 days. Each lease line item will include option information.
Troubleshooting
Is the report missing leases?
1. If desired leases do not appear in the report, check the selected filters to ensure leases are not being restricted from view.
2. Verify lease renewal options have been saved to lease.
