SuperSync Files - How to Authorize SuperSync Files with Microsoft

Overview

SuperSync Files allows you to connect your NetSuite environment with Microsoft SharePoint for seamless file management. Before using the integration, SuperSync Files will need to be authorized with Microsoft.

Step by Step Process

PREREQUISITE - Have a Microsoft administrator create a dedicated service user account, assigning it a username and password. Use this account to complete Step 10.

1. Navigate to SuperSync Files > Configs > and select Connections View full size
2. Select New SSF | Connection or select edit on an existing connection View full size
3. Name the connection View full size
4. Navigate to the Document Connector field and select Microsoft Sharepoint from the dropdown View full size
5. Select the Microsoft sub-tab View full size
6. Enter Microsoft Tenant ID View full size
7. Enter Sharepoint Site Domain, Sharepoint Site Path and Sharepoint Base Folder Path and select Save View full size
8. Select Authenticate with Microsoft View full size
9. Select OK View full size NOTE - Authentication should be completed using a dedicated Microsoft user
