Punchout for NetSuite - Show Only Punchout Items on Mapping List

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to show the item mapping list populated only with punchout items when using Punchout for NetSuite. This enables the display of the list of part numbers and their descriptions which appear on the order on the punchout return cart screen so that they can be manually mapped to items. This is normally used with generic items.

NOTE - On the punchout tab of the item record there is a box that can be checked to make it a punchout item. Any items that are checked will be displayed on the mapping list.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size
