Punchout for NetSuite - Set Default from UNSPSC Table

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to use the UNSPSC lookup table to set item or item category defaults when using Punchout for NetSuite.

NOTE - The entire UNSPC list would have to be uploaded into NetSuite and mapped to default or specific items to use this.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size

3. Check the Set Default from UNSPC Table box. View full size
4. Select Save. View full size
