SuperSync Files - Auto-Create Sub-Folders

Overview 

This guide provides detailed instructions on how to auto-create sub-folders in SuperSync Files.

Prerequisites:  

• SuperSync Files Bundle Installation
• Existing SuperSync Files SharePoint Connection or SuperSync Files Google Drive Connection
• NetSuite admin access

Step by Step Process 

1. In the top right corner, navigate to ... > SuperSync Files > Configs > Connections and select Record Type Configs.
2. Select Edit for the corresponding connection. View full size
3. Select Other Settings. View full size
4. Navigate to Auto-Create Sub-Folders List and enter the sub-folders that should automatically be created. View full size NOTE - Generate any number of sub-folders within the specific record folder with one sub-folder per line. Use forward slashes to indicate sub-sub-folders.
5. Select Save. View full size
