SuperSync Files - Auto-Create Folder on Record Create

Overview 

This guide provides detailed instructions on how to auto-create folders on record creation in SuperSync Files. When enabled, SuperSync Files will automatically create folders in the document storage when a record is created in NetSuite rather than when a user navigates to the files tab for the first time.

Prerequisites:  

Step by Step Process 

  1. In the top right corner, navigate to ... > SuperSync Files > Configs > Connections and select Record Type Configs.A screenshot of a computer

  2. Select Edit for the corresponding connection.
  3. Select Other Settings.
  4. Check the Auto-Create Folder on Record Create box.
  5. Select Save.
