Lease Residual Guarantees
Overview
This search provides a detail listing of lease residual value guarantees and residual value estimates, which can be a required footnote disclosure item. Lease residual value details are added to a lease record within the accounting subtab under the Disclosure Information field group.

Process Steps
Step 1:
- Navigate to NetLease > Reports > Disclosure Reports > Lease Residual Guarantees
- Select Run button
Step 2:
- The search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for end date, subsidiary, and/or lease type
- The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected
Recommended Filter by specific lease or by "All" to see a full list of leases with purchase options. |
Results
- Upon running the schedule, the user will see a sum of residual value guarantee and a sum of residual value estimate per the company's lease classifications and subsidiary
- Click on each individual lease classification hyperlink to see all leases within that lease calculation
Troubleshooting
If no data appears when you complete your search, navigate to the lease record that should be included on the report to make sure there is a residual value associated with that lease.
