Variable Lease Terms
Overview
This search provides a detail listing of variable lease term details, which include variable rates and non-lease payments, which can be a required footnote disclosure item. Lease variable rate details are added to a lease record within the accounting subtab under the Disclosure Information field group.

Process Steps
Step 1:
- Navigate to NetLease > Reports > Disclosure Reports > Variable Lease Term
- Select Run
Step 2:
- The search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for commencement date, lease classification, subsidiary, and/or lease type
- The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected
Recommended Filter by specific lease or by "All" to see a full list of leases with variable terms. |
Results
- Upon running the schedule, the user will see variable non-lease payments, variable rate index, and original NPV per lease classification from the NetLease template.
- Click on the lease classification to see the leases that are included within the line item.
