For proper financial reporting, make sure this report is run for each reporting period before processing modifications for the next period. (e.g. run this report for 12/31/21 before processing any January or February 2022 lease modifications). |

Overview
The Undiscounted Lease Maturity Waterfall report summarizes the future payments of operating and financing leases with the required reconciliation back to the current lease liability in disclosure format.
Process Steps
Step 1:
- Navigate to NetLease > Reports (All or GL & Recon) > Undiscounted Lease Maturity Waterfall
- Select Run
Step 2:
- The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for subsidiary, currency, consolidated exchange rate, department, class, location, accounting period.
- Click the Preview button once the filtering options are selected.
Results
- Upon running the report, the user will see the details of operating and finance leases and the associated future payment amounts
- The Operating and Financing leases can be drilled down to view the associated transactions. Select the export button to download the report into Excel
