Punchout - Setting up Employee Center Roles
When setting up Employee Center roles to have access to Punchout functionality, they will minimally need:
* Access to edit POs
* Access to edit Requisitions (if being used)
* View access to the Punchout Configs custom record
* View access to the Punchout Pending Transaction custom record
