Punchout - Custom Transaction Types Requirement for Punchout
Applies to versions 1.15 and above
From versions 1.15 and above, Punchout for NetSuite requires the Custom Transaction Types feature to be enabled for install.
The Punchout bundle supports brining in orders to a custom transaction type instead of directly to a Purchase Order or Requisition. This is an optional feature and does not have to be utilized, however, in order to install the bundle, Custom Transaction will need to be enabled on the account.
This can be done as follows:
As an administrator, navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
Then navigate to the SuiteCloud sub-tab on the Enable Features page.
The option to enable is called Custom Transactions.
